Employment Attorney (In-Office)

Position Sedaghat Law Group, APC is seeking to hire an Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field. Job Description As an attorney in this role, you will be responsible for managing cases from filing through to trial, including settlement negotiations, depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial proceedings. You will have access to paralegal and secretarial support, as well as law and motion assistance, allowing you to concentrate on strategy and litigation. Our office is a fast-paced environment, but we offer an amazing work environment.
