This role is responsible for leading operations, developing talent, and executing strategies that maximize profitability and brand standards.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for people development, sales growth, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop General Managers and team members across multiple locationsDrive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion through strategic planningOversee financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and revenue growthEnsure all locations meet Jimmy John's operational and brand standardsConduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and ensure complianceImplement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service qualitySupport new store openings and renovations, ensuring smooth execution and timelinesPartner with Regional Managers and marketing teams to achieve key performance metricsMaintain strong relationships with corporate liaisons and local communitiesPlan and lead General Manager meetings and training sessionsAdminister performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actionsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as a District or Area Manager in food service or retailMinimum of 2 years multi-unit experience a mustProven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop talentStrong understanding of P&L management and financial analysisDemonstrated success in sales growth and business developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailProficient in basic computer systems and reporting toolsReliable transportation and ability to travel between locationsWorking ConditionsFast-paced, moderately loud restaurant environmentFrequent in-store visits requiredExposure to kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, and knivesMust follow all food safety and workplace safety standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs for extended periodsAbility to drive frequently between store locationsAbility to lift and move items as needed in a restaurant settingTo manage multiple Jimmy John's locations within an assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and financial performance in alignment with company goals.Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insurance
