Role We’re looking for a District Manager to lead one of our Southern California districts—someone who leads from the front, develops great people, and drives results while upholding JOE values. What You’ll Do Lead a team of up to 8–10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets across your district. Ensure every store upholds the Joe & the Juice brand — energy, standards, and a guest-first culture. Translate company strategy into day-to-day execution through coaching, feedback, and hands-on leadership. Own the P&L for your district — overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management to hit sales and EBITDA targets. Develop internal talent and attract high-potential candidates from outside the company to build the next generation of JOE leaders. Execute new company programs and initiatives in the field with energy and accountability. Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency, share learnings, and raise the bar across markets. Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant store environments across all locations. What You Bring Minimum 5–8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food & beverage (required). A hands-on leadership style — you lead by example, not from behind a desk. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable. Sharp analytical skills to read the numbers, spot trends, and make smart operational decisions.
