Electrical Superintendent Data Center

Job Summary Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain a culture of safety and quality first. Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements. Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking. Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards. Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen. Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work. Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency. Qualifications Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience. 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures. Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments. Hyperscale data center experience preferred. Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain. Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups. Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work. Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
