Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Mergers and Acquisitions, where I developed a passion for building relationships and helping people make important decisions. I graduated from Baylor University in 2000 and am married to my wife, Rachael. We have two children, three dogs, and family is always my top priority. Role Description As an Account Associate for Chad Dawson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
