About the Role Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is growing and now hiring a hybrid LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to provide a combination of in-person and telehealth care at our Laguna Hills clinic (2+ days in-person & virtual). What we offer 40-hour Workweek Includes: Annual Salary : $94,000–$100,000+* Minimum 25 billed hours Schedule : Mon–Fri 9am–6pm (flex to 10am–7pm if preferred) Liability insurance coverage 401(k) with employer matching Up to $1,000 in CE expenses reimbursed Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Collaborative team approach and administrative support Pre-qualified clients and time allocated for case management Regular clinical group consultations and opportunities for continuing education Growth potential into lead positions Virtual and in-person company gatherings We’re Seeking Professionals Who Have an active California license: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW Work a minimum of 2 days per week in the Laguna Hills clinic Have experience with child/adolescent therapy EMDR training/certification encouraged Are passionate about mental health and deliver culturally sensitive care Experience in outpatient settings Able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Timely, diligent, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma Valid NPI number Completion of 3000 supervised hours post-Master's and successful completion of NCMHCE (or equivalent) AND current CA residency Ability to provide three professional references from the past two years (references must have active licensure) and meet credentialing requirements for major insurance panels *Note : Salary will be based on work week option and number of days in-person vs virtual.
