Responsibilities Provide virtual group therapy sessions to adults on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific Time. Each therapy day includes 30 minutes of prep time, three 50‑minute groups consecutively with 10‑minute breaks between groups, and 30 minutes of documentation time. Commit to 16–18 hours per week, including attendance of a weekly 60‑minute treatment team meeting. Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records. Collaborate with the treatment team and clinical navigators for scheduling and billing support. Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches to enhance patient care. Qualifications Active licensure in California. Group therapy experience. Active clinical licensure as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC. Comfortable with technology and distance‑based patient management. Experience working with substance abuse and chemical dependency (a plus).
