Caseload: Approximately 20 students
Compensation: $90/hour (Bill Rate)
Setting: Onsite Only (No Virtual/Remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based position in Henderson, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year . This role will support a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students at Belle Creek Charter School within Brighton School District 27J .
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible, part-time school schedule while making a meaningful impact on student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
- Evaluate and treat students with fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skill needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure state and federal compliance
- Support students in achieving academically relevant functional skills
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License (REQUIRED)
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs and student-centered therapy interventions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
