Job Title: IT Consultant

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Duration: 18 Months (Extension Possible)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 Days Per Week Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to design, develop, and implement a secure eCheck (ACH) payment solution integrated with an existing online payment platform. This role will focus on delivering a seamless customer payment experience through a web-based interface while ensuring secure, reliable, compliant, and scalable transaction processing.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in payment systems, web application development, system integration, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to deliver solutions within a regulated environment.

• Design and develop a web-based eCheck (ACH) payment solution
• Integrate payment functionality with existing online payment platforms and enterprise systems
• Build and maintain secure customer-facing payment interfaces
• Develop backend services, APIs, and transaction processing workflows
• Design and implement payment validation and authorization processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and data protection requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture
• Integrate, test, deploy, and support payment solutions across multiple systems
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend user experience improvements
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and modern web design best practices
• Troubleshoot payment processing, integration, and performance-related issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflow specifications

• Experience designing and implementing online payment systems
• Strong understanding of ACH/eCheck payment processing
• Experience with web application development and API integration
• Knowledge of enterprise system integration and payment workflows
• Experience developing secure customer-facing web applications
• Strong understanding of application architecture and system design principles
• Experience with backend service development and transaction processing systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and public-facing web application requirements
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical and integration issues
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
