Mortgage Processing Clerk

*Role Overview*
Join a mortgage operations team supporting the loan process from start to finish. This is an entrylevel, handson role focused on accurate data entry, document handling, and communication with internal teams and partners.
You'll work across multiple systems, manage a steady flow of loan files, and help ensure all documents are complete and compliant.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Enter and update mortgage data in systems with high accuracy
* Scan, file, and organize loan documents
* Request and track documents from thirdparty providers
* Order items like homeowner's insurance and verify employment details
* Call internal team members to collect missing borrower information
* Review documents for completeness before processing
*Pay, Schedule & Logistics*
* Pay: $19/hour
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours (between 7am-5pm)
* Location: Onsite in office
* Contracttohire opportunity (6 months)

*Requirements*

* 1+ year in financial services or similar office environment
* 3+ years of administrative or data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail and organization

* Comfortable working in multiple systems at once
* Ability to manage tasks independently and stay on schedule

* Mortgage or banking experience
* Experience reviewing financial or loan documents

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
