Ennoblecare is seeking a Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to serve the Douglasville / Cobb County, GA area. The ideal candidate will join a compassionate team, providing skilled nursing assessments and coordinating care to maximize comfort for patients facing chronic conditions. The role requires a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, a valid RN license in Georgia, and at least one year of RN experience, preferably in hospice.
