Exciting Opportunity: Customer Account Representative at The Patrick Johnson Agency

In this fast-paced, rewarding role, youll be more than just a salespersonyoull be a trusted advisor who builds strong, lasting relationships and tailors insurance solutions that truly fit each customers unique needs. Your proactive spirit will help grow our agency and make a meaningful impact on the lives of the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Share your expertise by providing information about insurance products and services
Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and questions
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Keep accurate, organized records of every customer interaction

What Were Looking For:

Valid P&C and Life & Health License issued by the State of Alabama
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plusbut a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most!
