Our mission is to bring clarity and transformation to safety, security, and communication through integral technology and radical service.With a commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence, Pavion ensures scalable, future-ready solutions tailored to meet and exceed our clients' needs.Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our corporate shared services team.Primary Responsibilities:Will receive & review material requisitions and place Purchase Orders with appropriate suppliersWill work with requisitioner/PM on any discrepancies or questions to ensure PO is accurateWill submit PO to supplier, contact supplier to confirm receipt and secure approximate ship dateWill be responsible for maintaining record of each transaction including need by date, ship dates, etc.Will be responsible for follow up in advance of ship dates, or if ship dates have passed without receiptWill be primary contact with supplier for that order and will be responsible for communicating any questions, issues, concerns back to the requisitioner or Project ManagerWill facilitate the close-out of all POs once materials have been received and invoicedBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED2+ years of purchasing/procurement experienceAbility to work with a shared services team with both individual and group responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Sedona CRM and MS Business CentralExperience with systems and materials for electronic security, fire alarm, video conferencing, nurse call, access control, CCTV and other industry productsProficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSalary: $70-85KDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
