- Messaging & Content: Du erarbeitest unsere Feature-Kommunikation und verwandelst sie in E-Mail-Strecken sowie Landingpage-Texte, die nicht nur informieren, sondern überzeugen.
- Funnel Architektur & Research: Du analysierst Zielgruppen und Wettbewerber, um unsere Customer Journey stetig zu verbessern – vom ersten Klick bis zum loyalen Kunden.
- KI-gestützte Content-Workflows: Du baust skalierbare Prozesse auf, in denen KI-Tools für Texterstellung, A/B-Test-Varianten und Zielgruppen-Personalisierung eingesetzt werden.
- Smartes Content Management: Du unterstützt bei der Skalierung unserer Inhalte und nutzt KI-Tools effektiv, um Content-Erstellung hocheffizient und auf Top-Niveau zu steuern.
- Performance Copywriting: Du schreibst Ad Copy und Texte, die psychologisch fundiert sind und messbare Ergebnisse liefern.
Du berichtest direkt an Elena, unsere Teamlead Online Marketing und arbeitest eng mit unserem fünfköpfigen Marketing-Team sowie unserem Produkt-Team zusammen.
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online Marketing mit Fokus auf Content & Funnels (im SaaS- oder High-Growth Umfeld).
- Tiefes Verständnis für Conversion-Psychologie, Zielgruppen-Analyse und Copywriting.
- Erfahrung mit generativen KI-Tools (z.B. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) für Copywriting, E-Mail-Strecken und Landingpage-Optimierung.
- Beherrschung von Prompt Engineering auf einem Niveau, das reproduzierbar hochwertige Ergebnisse liefert.
- Fähigkeit, KI-gestützte Workflows aufzustellen, die Content-Erstellung skalierbar machen, ohne Qualität einzubüßen.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
