Sr. Client Service Consultant/Sr. Account Manager, PC

Sr. Client Service Consultant – Property Casualty team – Kansas City, MO Responsibilities Take ownership and lead accounts by servicing the largest and most complex accounts. Serve as Client Service Consultant or Specialist based on account size. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and act as an effective partner with clients, including: Negotiate market renewal policies with insurance company underwriters. Review existing insurance and assess future client needs. Evaluate and recommend optimal insurance options. Maintain awareness of significant claims situations and assist in claims process management, ensuring client claim issues are satisfactorily resolved. Investigate or identify appropriate resources to resolve complex insurance issues, ensuring client and sales team satisfaction. Maintain visibility with clients, fostering lasting relationships through professional expertise and understanding of client business needs. Meet with team for pre‑renewal meetings on assigned accounts and development of client opportunities. Prepare client renewal reviews and applications, order renewals, and complete required documents. Manage complex insurance plans such as loss‑sensitive risk funding plans, loss development, and loss forecasting. Ensure account accuracy by maintaining up‑to‑date online customer information and carrier‑received items, including exposure schedules, policy formats, endorsements, premiums, and invoicing. Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry. Active state‑specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire license within three months of hire. Strong understanding of and ability to apply insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Experience contributing to workflows, processes, and deliverables using agency systems to provide world‑class client experience and ensure compliance. Ability to understand client needs, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver proactive, impactful solutions. Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage.
