Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands Document and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors promptly Requirements: Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and reference verification Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed About Us: ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
