About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in handling a full range of family law matters—including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and protective orders—and is confident representing clients in court. This position offers autonomy, a steady caseload, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.

· Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.

· Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related filings.

· Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

· Stay current on state and local family law regulations and case law.

· Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.

· Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records.

· Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

· Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.

· Confident in courtroom advocacy and client representation.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.

· Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive salary: $80,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
