Senior Family Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Houston, TX. This role offers the opportunity to manage a family law docket with a primary focus on custody and child-related matters. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility. Duties Manage and drive your own family law docket from inception to final orders. Focus on custody, SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement, and high-conflict custody cases. Engage in divorce and post-decree work. Collaborate with board-certified paralegals. Develop leadership skills as the firm expands. Requirements 5 to 8 years of active practice in Texas family law. Trial experience, including cases taken through final orders. Strong interest in custody work and client care. Ability to maintain steadiness and control in high-conflict cases. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Excellent client management and communication skills.
