Bilingual Support Services Assistant
The Support Service Assistant is responsible for answering the questions and intake calls for the IDD program and other clerical tasks. This position's duties will include the following:
- Maintain biennial Interest List
- Scheduling appointments
- Clerical tasks including preparing spreadsheets, reports and invoices
- Ensure proper performance of office equipment, maintain supplies and inventory
- Pick up, open and distribute mail if needed
- Excellent customer service
- In region travel required

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years office experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Ability to pass Computer Competency test, typing 40 WPM, 4 Part ABLE, and Basic Word and Excel.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be insurable through Tri-County.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $16.62
Annual equivalent: $32,545
Location: Conroe, TX
