Program Specialist

Job Title
Job duties include:
- Assisting in the establishment of VR&E claims, to include but not limited to application processing; checking for dual usage to assist with eligibility processing; scheduling appointments and sending appointment notifications; and completing Generated Eligibility Determination (GED) processing.
- Responding to inquiries from claimants.
- Inputting data timely and accurately and keeping VR&E supervisory personnel informed of any problems.
- Monitoring incoming mail via the Centralized Mail Portal (CMP).
- Miscellaneous Program Related Tasks.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, core hours to be determined by hiring office.
