The mission of the QC Specialist is to ensure product quality and compliance across production lines and shipments in China. This role is responsible for final inspections before shipment, in-line inspections at production start, and container supervision when required. By identifying defects early, maintaining strict inspection standards, and collaborating with factories, the QC Specialist safeguards product quality and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inspection Execution:

• Perform 100% of in-line and final inspections according to SOP.
• Conduct container loading supervision when required.

• Reporting:

• Submit in-line and final inspection reports on time (weekly or within 24h if critical issues arise).
• Provide container loading reports and weekly audit schedule reports.
• Upload all audit/inspection reports into shared systems.

• Partnership & Communication:

• Report critical production issues to QC Manager immediately.
• Identify and feedback on improper audit procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of QC team standards.

• Factory Coordination:

• Manage inspection schedules with Tianpai & YiBang factories.
• Ensure factories provide required tools and approved samples before inspections.
• Sign reports with factory representatives.

Job requirements:

1. Experience: 5–10 years in quality checking within manufacturing.
2. Skills:

• Basic English reading/writing.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of QC processes and SOPs.

• Attributes:

• Attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
