If you're great with computers, love interacting with people, and can keep things running smoothly in a busy office, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and make them feel at home
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork and document intake
- Enter client information into our tax software
- Handle general administrative and office duties
- A great personality and positive attitude
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependability, organization, and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred!
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus
- Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
- Full-time seasonal position (40 hours/week) or Part-time seasonal
- Training provided — no tax experience required
- Friendly, supportive team environment
