Travel Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Traveling Physical Therapist in Coeur D Alene, ID . This is a traveling position.

Pay: $55.00 - $59.00 per hour based on experience

Type: Two-month contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM PST, No weekends needed unless productivity not met in 5 day work week

Notes: 30 mile service area from Branch location

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and treatment interventions to patients in their homes.

· Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence.

· Complete documentation accurately and timely in accordance with agency, state, federal, and Medicare guidelines, including OASIS assessments as applicable.

· Manage a home health caseload and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, medical social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members.

· Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss patient progress and care planning.

· Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on disease management, home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.

· Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team and physician as appropriate.

· Maintain productivity expectations of 30 points per week

Qualifications:

· Physical Therapist License in Idaho

· Home Health and OASIS experience required

· Current CPR certification

· Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

· Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
