The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Project Coordinator to be the central hub for our growing Bath Division. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and satisfying project journey for our customers by coordinating schedules, materials, and communication between clients, project managers, and installation crews.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate schedules for crews and subcontractors.
• Order and track all project materials to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate project files, budgets, and process invoices using our CRM and QuickBooks.
• Assist in resolving minor issues and managing client expectations throughout the installation process.

Requirements:

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production experience in commercial or residential remodeling/construction preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software or QuickBooks.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• A positive, proactive personality with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
