Main Requirements: Experience filing both personal and business tax returns Solid understanding of current federal and state tax regulations Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses accurately and promptly Partner with advisors to support tax planning and strategy Explain tax filing requirements and outcomes to clients Monitor compliance with tax codes and regulatory updates Stay current on changes to tax laws and advise accordingly Work with outside accounting or legal partners as needed Assist in refining internal tax workflows and improving efficiency Support audit responses and tax-related inquiries from clients
