ResponsibilitiesAbout the RoleYou'll run the delivery cadence for a 22-week D365 F&SCM stabilization engagement at a mid-market regulated manufacturer, owning the weekly heartbeat that keeps a multi-vendor program on track through three phase gates.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery-PM discipline for a 22-week, three-phase D365 F&SCM engagement, schedule, RAID log, financial tracking, weekly status, and gate readoutsChair the weekly working team meeting and the weekly joint PMO with the client PMO Lead and incumbent implementation partnersDrive earned-value tracking against a hybrid commercial construct (fixed-fee Phase 1, T&M with NTE Phases 2–3)Manage the change-request pipeline; ensure every scope change is documented, priced, and approved before work beginsCoordinate resource ramps across onshore and nearshore team members, roughly 12 FTE at Phase 2 peakTrack FDA validation-window constraints on the master schedule and alert the Engagement Lead 4+ weeks ahead of any riskPrepare the phase-gate deck with the Engagement LeadQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of ERP delivery-PM experience; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree - minimum of 12 years with no degreePMP certification (active)Direct delivery-PM experience on at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/F&SCM engagementsFluency in Azure DevOps or comparable enterprise work-management tool; strong MS Project or SmartsheetDemonstrated experience on hybrid commercial constructsUS CitizenshipPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Functional Consultant Expert (MB-300 orientation or MB-330)Experience running joint delivery cadence with a Microsoft Solutions PartnerPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
