Developmental Service - Specialized Residential Support Staff (3-Bristol) We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Residential Support Staff to provide direct care to an individual with developmental disabilities who will reside in a residential setting staffed 24/7. This role focuses on supporting the client in developing self-regulation skills, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and respectful home environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support, supervision, and crisis intervention to ensure client safety. Build a therapeutic, respectful, and choice-driven living environment. Implement the individualized support plan, and behavioral support plan. Assist with personal care, medication administration, transportation, and household duties. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily data, incident reports, and financial tracking. Support clients in building healthy relationships, community inclusion, and self-advocacy. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years related experience preferred. Ability to support individuals who may exhibit dangerous or unpredictable behaviors. Strong judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, web navigation). Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations; flexible and creative problem-solver. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle. Position Details 37.5+ hours/week, which includes evening, overnight and weekend hours. Base rate of $21.43/hour daytime, and $17.68 overnight.
