Operations Coordinator

Perryman Financial Advisory, Inc. is an independent boutique financial planning and investment firm.We are a family company.Our staff and our clients are an extension of our family, and we take seriously the responsibility of that relationship. We are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our team.The ideal candidate shares our passion in empowering our clients toward their financial independence and does so with a concierge attitude.This position will work closely by senior advisors, and we will cross-train in every aspect of the financial planning process. This person is dedicated to developing a career in operations within the financial services industry. Responsibilities Work with advisors to onboard new clients, including collecting and verifying documentation, opening accounts and setting up client profiles Maintain and update client’s ongoing needs, organize and maintain highly confidential client data Daily office operations such as processing client financial transactions, account maintenance, placing trades and collecting management fees Build client relationships, provide exceptional client experience and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and ten years of general office, account or business-related experience. Strong attention to details, very meticulous, adept at problem solving Work autonomously with little supervision, strong initiative Ability to multi-task, managing multiple clients Exceptional client service abilities Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Knowledge of industry tools helpful Security licenses (SIE, 7 and 63) will be required within one year #J-18808-Ljbffr
