Our ideal candidate for this position is an experienced School Administration Coordinator who must be able to adapt to a hybrid working environment.School Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with staff members/students/parents. They must also maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Additionally, you will build strong relationships that benefit the ALA educational community.What We Offer:Average 15-25 hours per week approximatelyMinimum Qualifications:College grad preferredPrevious experience in teaching/tutoring required, and strong organizational skillsAbility to build rapport with students/parents/teachers and ALA School partner organizationsKnowledge of K-12 school grade subjectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Teams, Student Information System, Learning Management SystemResponsibilities:Support administration, management and teachers with organizing school schedules and eventsSupport the admission process for parents/students in coordination with ALA AdministrationCommunicate with parents, community members, school partners regarding school activities and educational opportunitiesManage student enrollment, attendance, and disciplinary recordsTravel to ALA School sites in DFW area as necessaryAssist with the hiring and training of school staffEnsure school is compliant with Cognia, federal and state guidelines and regulationsCoordinate with outside organizations and businesses to provide resources and support for studentsDevelop and maintain partnerships with local community leaders and organizationsEvaluate and implement new educational programs or initiativesProvide leadership and mentoring to students and staff membersTake on other administrative tasks related to running the schoolJob Type: Part-time on contract basisSchedule: Weekdays + Some WeekendsMon-Fri - 8:00am-1:00pmSat-Sun - Some weekend time would be required for school events and activitiesReporting Structure: School PrincipalJob Types: Part-time, Temporary, ContractCOVID-19 considerations: Social distancing + mask requirements.
