Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This position involves providing therapy services in an acute inpatient, rehabilitation, outpatient, and ICU settings for adult and pediatric patients. The role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The therapist will be responsible for ADL evaluations, documentation, and collaborating with the team to facilitate patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Marshfield, WI
• Schedule: 8-hour days, day shift, variable; must work weekends and holidays in rotation with staff.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin state license, BLS (AHA) certification, minimum one year of experience in a related setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADL evaluation, documentation skills, and flexibility.
• Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: ADL evaluation, documentation justifying next level of care, strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, strong teamwork skills.
• Shift & Schedule: 8-hour days; work weekends and holidays on rotation; possible call.
• Additional Information: Candidates must note if they have previously worked for the facility; if so, the prior employment end date must be at least 6 months before submission. All clinicians are required to clock in and out at the facility.
