As a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor supporting the New Mexico BMS Provider Enrollment program, you will be trusted to motivate, coach, and develop a team of help desk professionals. Operations Supervisors at General Dynamics are given the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and develop their problem-solving abilities in an exciting high-energy environment. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leading and supervising a team of service desk agents using designated systems and proven coaching methods
• Providing feedback and coaching as appropriate to improve overall performance of agent and/or team
• Supervising a team of agents in order to meet operational goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitoring, and evaluating team metrics for quality of service, to ensure compliance with Client Service Level Agreements
• Providing administrative support to assist with the management of day-to-day operations
• Participating in human resources activities such as interviewing prospective candidates, assist with hiring, performance management, and off-boarding, employing standard Company personnel management methods

To qualify for this role, YOU MUST HAVE :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, claims, customer service, or a related operational environment
• Demonstrated experience managing performance metrics and service level agreements
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience interpreting operational data and producing management reports
• Louisiana residency, living within a reasonable commutable distance (approximately 60 miles) of the Bossier City facility

Even BETTER if YOU also have:

• Experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment
• Knowledge of credentialing or provider enrollment operations
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or workflow management systems
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools

The likely salary range for this position is $51,000 - $69,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
