This posting is for a full-time, unclassified, in-person, on-site staff position for our Bossier campus. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Four (4) years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, high school programs, academics, marketing, sales, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience developing or implementing recruitment, outreach, enrollment, or student success strategies, including coordination of programs, projects, partnerships, or initiatives and knowledge of admissions, enrollment, student services, and/or high school partnerships.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Admissions, Recruiting, or Student Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and shared document environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear and handle or feel objects and controls.
• Must have physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office equipment such as, but not limited to, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
• Must be capable of sitting in stationary position for 50% or more of time.

Job Specification:

The Assistant Director of Admissions provides leadership and support for admissions, recruitment, enrollment, dual enrollment, high school initiatives, and related programs. The position supervises assigned staff, supports admissions and recruitment efforts, develops K-12 and community partnerships, and collaborates across the College to promote student access, enrollment, and success. The position plays an important role in strengthening admissions processes, enrollment pathways, and student success.

Job Duties and Other Information:

• Assist in developing and implementing data-informed recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with the College's Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.
• Monitor and evaluate the prospective student enrollment funnel, including inquiry-to-application and application-to-enrollment conversion, and develop strategies to address gaps and improve matriculation.
• Establish recruitment goals, territory and outreach expectations, performance measures, and regular assessment of recruitment activities to determine their effectiveness in generating applications and enrollment.
• Use the College's CRM and other enrollment technology to support prospective student engagement, targeted communications, recruitment campaigns, follow-up strategies, and conversion efforts.
• Develop and coordinate recruitment efforts for traditional students, Dual Enrollment students, adult learners, workforce students, military-affiliated students, and other priority populations.
• Assist in providing leadership and oversight for dual enrollment, high school initiatives, and other programs that create pathways from secondary education to BPCC.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion of graduating Dual Enrollment students to first-time freshman enrollment at BPCC while maintaining strong K12 partnerships and continued growth of Dual Enrollment.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, College leadership, and other partners to use labor-market data, workforce trends, and program information to identify recruitment opportunities, priority populations, and programs with strong regional demand, and to align recruitment and outreach strategies with institutional and workforce priorities.
• Monitor participation, enrollment, and student outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen high school-to-college pathways and increase matriculation to BPCC.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with K-12 schools and other secondary education stakeholders while collaborating with academic divisions and College personnel to support the implementation, communication, and ongoing development of dual enrollment and other high school programs, including instructor training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Develop and manage campus visit experiences and other recruitment activities that provide prospective students with a welcoming introduction to BPCC.
• Coordinate recruitment events and enrollment initiatives that promote BPCC programs and services, including providing operational support during peak periods and participating in occasional evening, weekend, and travel activities as needed.
• Represent the College to prospective students, families, schools, community organizations, businesses, and other external partners while providing enrollment guidance and support.
• Collaborate with appropriate College offices to address admissions, enrollment, and student-related issues that may impact matriculation.
• Assist with the development and coordination of communication and outreach efforts in collaboration with Marketing and other College departments to support recruitment, enrollment, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze and maintain recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and program data; prepare reports and documentation for leadership and external stakeholders to support enrollment, student success, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and support compliance with applicable state, Board of Regents, institutional, accreditation, and program requirements related to admissions, recruitment, dual enrollment, and special initiatives.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of partnership agreements, including CEAs, MOUs, and similar agreements.
• Represent the College at school, community, professional, and other events that support recruitment and enrollment initiatives, including occasional evening and weekend activities and travel as needed.
• Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and responsible use of resources for assigned admissions, recruitment, and program activities.
