Key Responsibilities Establish new escrow accounts. Manage funds. Process documents for closings. Complete settlement in accordance with established policies and procedures. Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adhere to company policy, exercise independent judgment and possess the necessary knowledge and experience to efficiently handle any situation during the escrow process. Use necessary software skills to provide services identified above. Handle high stress and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving and prioritization skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction.
