Part-time Office Manager

Position Overview We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Responsibilities Manage office administrative tasks including answering phones, handling correspondence, and organizing files. Assist in maintaining office supplies. Support HR functions including onboarding new hires and managing employee records. Assist accounts receivable, with recording payments and closing contracts. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Assist with Customer Service roles & responsibilities. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
