Onboarding Specialist

Role Summary Our Onboarding Specialists are responsible for the training and stewardship of new restaurant partners to inKind's platform. Ensuring a smooth product implementation and configuration helps set our partners up for success. The Onboarding Specialist will learn the restaurant's business goals and teach partners how to utilize inKind in a simple and effective way, acting as the main point of contact for our restaurant partner's inquiries, issues, and feedback during the launch cycle. Who You Are Passionate about our mission and can see the value this role brings to us, our restaurant partners, and our customers A strong communicator who is able to efficiently work with external stakeholders and internal teams to quickly execute onboarding processes An eager and enthusiastic learner who enjoys working within a team Adaptive, organized, and eager to learn new technologies and systems A natural problem solver and creative thinker Responsibilities/Essential Functions Coordinate the onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to inKind's platform Manage personal queue of new projects, new location requests, and maintenance requests Serve as a subject matter expert on the implementation of inKind's Restaurant Partner products and services Work cross-functionally with other departments to refine existing processes pertaining to the partner experience Build relationships with external inKind partners to improve our implementation process for users Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree + 1 years of relevant experience Experience working with team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote, etc. Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and/or prioritization Preferred Qualifications Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients Experience working in a training or operational capacity is a plus Work Environment The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas Some of our Benefits Generous PTO and company holiday policy + company paid Short Term Disability 100% employer covered health and dental insurance for our direct employees (a set plan is covered, with higher tier healthcare coverage available at employee's additional cost; dependent coverage is at employee's cost); vision plan available at employee's additional cost Child Care Benefits and generous parental leave Dog-friendly workspace in a secure building with great views of downtown Austin Daily lunches and snacks Salary $65,000-$75,000, DOE + Bonus inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.
