Bloom Senior Living's Bloom at Kessler in Indianapolis seeks a Maintenance Director with HVAC certification to lead building and grounds maintenance, ensuring safety and quality. You will supervise maintenance/housekeeping staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage inventories and vendor work.
