Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a master’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with IDD. Position Overview Oversees all aspects of social services program to ensure the health, safety, welfare and personal development of those we support Supervises the QIDPs and Program Specialists Ensures timely completion of assessments and IPPs/ISPs Working with the Program Directors, oversee the service planning, treatment and the implementation of services provided to the residents on campus and in the community settings Ensures all documentation related to service delivery, including all periodic reports, are compliant to all applicable regulations and requirements Stays knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations pertaining to programs Serves as Certified Investigator Merakey strictly follows a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.
