Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Hershey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, managing plant resources efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules and strategies to meet company goals
Manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Optimize plant processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and achieve production targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
Proven experience in plant management or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
Ability to problem-solve and make strategic decisions
