Job Description Plant Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Hershey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, managing plant resources efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:

- Manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and achieve production targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Ability to problem-solve and make strategic decisions
