Broker Operations Concierge

We're seeking a Broker Operations Concierge to support our Managing Director of Wholesale Mortgage Origination. This role combines broker relationship management, loan processing support, and pipeline coordination to ensure a seamless experience from application through closing.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers.
Coordinate broker communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
Manage loan files from application to closing.
Support underwriting, loan commitments, and document coordination.
Track pipeline, deadlines, and deal milestones.
Assist with broker events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, underwriting, or wholesale lending.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
