This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with dealership experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute in the following ways.Job Responsibilities include:Process all new and used vehicle registrations in the appropriate statePreparing and submit tax, title, and registration documents to secure lien timelyVerify all necessary funds are collected and correct lien holder prior to title submissionProcess paperwork and title work for wholesales and dealer tradesMaintain all used car titles, corresponding to ensure title received timelyResolve any title discrepancies, such as odometer or power of attorney issuesWork closely with Sales and Finance Managers to resolve issues that may occurStay informed on state-specific title laws and regulationsSupport the Accounting department with related administrative dutiesQualifications:1 – 2 years automotive title clerk experience requiredStrong understanding of dealership deal processing and complianceProficient with CDK/ADP dealership softwareHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a positive and professional attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceTraining from experienced employees with various expertise in the auto industryFull benefits package medical, dental, vision, 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunity to grow within the Ralph Sellers Auto GroupAdditionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
