Fork Lift Reach Operator

Job Description

iStaffing is seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Forklift Operators to join our team. Candidates must have current OSHA forklift certification and experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

Operate a Reach Forklift safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Meet productivity and quality expectations.

Requirements

Current OSHA Forklift Certification is required.
Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience working at various rack heights.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
