As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will guide a dedicated team to deliver high-quality landscaping projects, ensuring attention to detail and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew to complete landscape maintenance and construction projects efficiently and safely
• Oversee tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations
• Ensure proper planting techniques and plant identification are followed
• Install drainage systems according to project specifications
• Operate equipment such as skid steer loaders (MT-52 or equivalent) and mini excavators
• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company standards
• Drive company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to and from job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a landscaping crew leader, with references
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with planting, mulching, pruning, seeding, sodding, grading, and lawn renovations
• Knowledge of proper planting techniques and plant identification
• Experience installing drainage systems
• Experience operating skid steer loaders (MT-52 or equivalent) and mini excavators
• Pond and water feature installation experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow professionally and personally
