Seeking a motivated go-getter to manage our South Jersey client accounts. You’d be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and sales. Core Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional and confident presence Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on growth Detail-oriented and proactive Financial awareness and margin discipline Strong organization and time management skills Performance Metrics Customer retention rate (Target: ≥ 90%) Maintenance renewal rate Enhancement sales revenue (Target: ≥ budget) Enhancement gross margin performance Landscape quality site assessment scores Response time to customer issues Support of safety compliance Core Responsibilities Customer Relationship Leadership Maintain proactive, professional communication with customers Build long-term, trusted relationships Respond to client needs in a timely and effective manner Landscape Quality & Site Assessments Conduct formal landscape quality site assessments on assigned properties Identify quality deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain service standards Maintenance Renewal Leadership Lead maintenance renewal processes for assigned accounts Secure contract renewals to achieve retention targets Protect pricing integrity and gross margin during the renewal process Enhancement Sales Leadership Identify enhancement opportunities through property inspections and client conversations Estimate and propose enhancement projects Achieve assigned enhancement sales and gross margin targets Coordinate with Operations and Branch leadership to ensure effective execution of sold work Branch Support & Strategic Alignment Participate in branch planning and strategy discussions Collaborate with Operations Managers and Crew Leaders to ensure service expectations are clearly communicated and executed #J-18808-Ljbffr
