About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The COO will also be responsible for overseeing business planning, resource allocation, and operational execution to ensure alignment with customer demand and financial objectives. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive operational leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, multi-site operations, particularly within technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or similar industries. Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational planning is essential, as is strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and business metrics. The role requires a leader with outstanding communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills, who can demonstrate a history of building and leading high-performing teams and driving large-scale operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
