Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Pay range: $50‑65 per hour, negotiable by experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation also includes an uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Continuing education: Hygienists may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment. Company provides certification trainings such as CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, and others. Responsibilities: Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride application under general supervision of a dentist. Provide excellent customer service and offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patient dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting, taking x‑rays and saving into patient charts as needed. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Experience working with pediatric patients.
