Administrative Assistant II, Resource Center

Description

Greet visitors, initial contact for partners and families at the resource center 10%
Answer phones and record messages, referring them to the appropriate person in a timely manner and assist partners and families navigate the center
Provide diversified administrative assistance to the resource center and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Organize and manage routine work activities of the office, with an emphasis of prioritizing tasks and time.
Process routine correspondence including documents for approval. 5%
Provide regular feedback to supervisor regarding the status of projects or issues. 10%
Order and maintain supplies for the office; enter a receiver when materials are received and Organize and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system and inventory.
Coordinate information flow and dissemination of reports within the resource center.
Respond to inquiries from employees and the public in an accurate, knowledgeable, and efficient manner; advise supervisor of inquiries that cannot be personally handled.
Format and type correspondence, financial reports, agendas, memos, etc., as needed.
Process department payroll and maintain payroll documentation.

Qualifications

Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency); Associate's degree preferred.
5 plus years in direct experience.
