- Consistent Schedule – 2–3 in-home appointments per day

- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations
- Deliver professional, engaging product presentations
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build trust and close sales on the spot
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Run up to 3 appointments daily
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Proven success in sales (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
- $90,000 – $200,000+ per year
- Uncapped commission structure
