What You'll Do

As the face of our branch, you'll be the trusted resource for HVAC contractors, service technicians, and installers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome walk-in customers and help them find the right products for every job.
• Answer phone and email inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Provide expert guidance on HVAC equipment, parts, controls, refrigerants, ductless systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and accessories.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders, returns, and customer credits.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory and help keep stock levels organized and accurate.
• Build long-term relationships with local contractors and service companies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend complementary products.
• Help troubleshoot basic product questions and recommend the best solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
• Contribute to branch sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience in HVAC wholesale, HVAC/plumbing counter sales, or a related trade supply environment.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including order entry, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• A valid driver's license (preferred).
