Position Summary:

Seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience defending clients in civil litigation matters involving personal injury claims. The ideal candidate has strong research, writing, and law and motion skills, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in civil litigation cases involving personal injury and related matters from inception through trial.

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

• Manage cases from inception through resolution while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership (in good standing).

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation defense experience, preferably in personal injury and general liability.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases.

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
