Revenue Cycle Manager

Revenue Cycle Manager Full‑time position located in Alviso, CA. Salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 per year. Gardner Health Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Revenue Cycle and Billing functions for both Primary Care and Specialty Behavioral Health programs. Under the general direction of the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle/HIT, the Manager will ensure financial integrity and sustainability by managing billing, coding, claims processing, denial management, collections, reimbursement optimization, compliance, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include: Plan, organize, and direct daily revenue cycle operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize reimbursement and improve operational efficiencies. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Compliance, Credentialing, IT, and Program Management to drive continuous process improvements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Health, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or reimbursement. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations. Experience working within a California Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community health center, behavioral health program, or integrated healthcare environment strongly preferred. Experience managing both Primary Care and Behavioral Health billing operations preferred. Compensation Compensation will be based on relevant experience and education. Salary range for the Revenue Cycle Manager position is $115,000 – $125,000 annually.
